March 20, maybe an occasion to smile at someone on the street, compliment the cashier at the grocery store, wave someone to go ahead of you in line, leave a loonie outside somewhere a child might find it, write a letter (a real one with paper and a pen and everything), donate some clothes, donate some food, pick up some litter, thank a good teacher from high school and tell them why you think they were so. Sit still someplace, be quiet, unplug yourself from your technology and think about how lucky you are.
A Day of Happiness.
Happiness and niceness, it’s a bit intoxicating.
And it’s free.
